Tarrant County tracks the number of patients admitted to an inpatient bed, including the ICU, NICU, PICU, newborns, and daycare, the previous calendar day and who had confirmed COVID-19. However, according to Ramey Heddins, chief of behavioral services for Tarrant County MHMR, which operates the center, it can accommodate 30 to 40 people a day.
